Easter Saturday

This is a typically busy day each year as the ingredient’s for the White Borszcz are brought into church, or in our case to the Polish Club for blessing so that tomorrow’s feast is also blessed and this blessing at the Club gets bigger and bigger each year. Usually all the food prep and cutting happens today but instead we’ve been invited for dinner with great family friends who are celebrating early as their son returned from Europe only to depart up North for work tomorrow. Life doesn’t stop!
