Being Easter and all, Sunday is the pinnacle as we finally enjoy White Borszcz which has taken 2 days of hard work to get ready and man it’s delicious!
Today was pretty cruisey as I got more of my Journey 21 plans in order for the north of Norway and by evening the inevitable Skype call – changed to Whatsapp due to technical difficulties – took place to my cousin in Poland to announce the big news they’ve been looking forward to, my visit to Poland and the village, first time in a decade.
