Sometimes seconds aren’t that great. All depends on the cuisine but one meal that never gets worse is the White Borscz prepared over the Easter weekend. We always take the opportunity to make a huge pot of this delicious meal to enjoy as long as possible later. Eggs, bacon, Polish sausages, baked ricotta, sour cream, lemon, horseradish and spices, to name a few of the yummy ingredients – and after one bowl, there’s no more room for a second helping, very satisfying!
