Today was a huge day, mostly for organising the necessary appliances for my new home and the most important of all, the internet connection.
But of course, I have the fortunate luck of something being cocked-up and having to clean up someone else’s problems. You’d think the CSR at the ISP to whom I spelt every letter of my surname would get it right…just 5 letters. Too difficult it seems.
